WE ARE A GROUP AIMING TO PLANT

   10 Million   Fruit Trees

Welcome to
The Backyard Fruit
Tree Project!

Did you know there’s one simple action you can take—today—that will benefit the environment for generations to come?

Plant one fruit tree where you live. Whether you have a backyard, balcony, rooftop, or even just a pot, you can be part of this movement.

What is the Backyard Fruit Tree Project?

We are a group on a mission to inspire the planting of 10 million fruit trees worldwide. By encouraging individuals to plant and nurture fruit trees, we’re helping spark a micro-shift in the global food system and rebuild a deeper relationship with the natural world. We believe that even a single tree can create a ripple effect—providing and sharing local food, restoring biodiversity, purifying the air, and reconnecting people with the care of the Earth and with each other.

We’re not planting orchards—we’re empowering everyday people to plant fruit trees right where they live. â€‹

We call it "A Silent Revolution—One Fruit Tree at a time!"

Our Footprint.

Planting 10 million organic fruit trees worldwide could sequester 100,000 to 500,000 tonnes of CO₂ per year, helping fight climate change. This is roughly equivalent to removing 20,000 to 100,000 cars from the road annually. These trees would also improve soil health, conserve water, and enhance air quality without synthetic chemicals. In addition, they support biodiversity, provide sustainable food, and strengthen climate resilience in communities around the world.
